Jayabji Terms & Conditions — Bangladesh Full Platform Usage Policy

These Terms & Conditions apply to every individual who uses the Jayabji website (jayabji.best) and mobile application. By accessing the platform, creating an account, or using any of our services, you are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted these terms.

Jayabji is a licensed online gaming and Sports Betting platform, operating under international regulatory bodies including those covering Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions were last updated on 1 January 2026.

To register an account on Jayabji, the following conditions must be met. Compliance with each condition is mandatory — failure to do so may result in account suspension at any time.

• Members must be at least 18 years of age, which will be verified via NID or passport.
• Each individual may only open one account. Multiple accounts under the same name, address, mobile number, or payment method are strictly prohibited.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false information may result in account forfeiture.
• Your account password and login credentials must be kept completely confidential. Any activity carried out by someone else on your account remains your sole responsibility.
• Selling, transferring, or renting your account to another person is strictly prohibited.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed on Jayabji. This is part of international financial security regulations and is equally important for protecting each member.

Documents required for KYC: clear photos of the front and back of your National ID (NID) or passport, plus a live selfie. In some cases, proof of address (utility bill or bank statement) may also be requested.

• All submitted documents must be valid and must not have expired.
• Images must be clear and legible — blurry or partially visible documents will not be accepted.
• KYC verification is typically completed within 1 business day.
• Failing KYC or submitting fraudulent documents will result in permanent account closure.

Jayabji currently supports transactions via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer, and select cryptocurrencies. Individual limits apply to each payment method.

• Minimum deposit via bKash and Nagad is ৳100; via Rocket it's ৳200.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• No withdrawal will be processed without completed KYC verification.
• Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals for standard members are processed within 30 minutes to 4 hours. VIP members receive priority processing.
• If fraudulent or suspicious transactions are detected, Jayabji reserves the right to place a hold on payments until the investigation is concluded.

The following rules apply to all members participating in Sports Betting and casino games on Jayabji. These rules apply equally to every member.

• The minimum bet for Sports Betting is ৳10. Maximum bet limits vary according to the member's tier.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except where the Cash Out feature is available).
• If a bet is placed before a match begins but the match is subsequently abandoned or postponed, the stake will be refunded.
• Jayabji reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• Placing a bet after the outcome of a match is already known is strictly prohibited and will be treated as fraud.
• Betting via bots, automated software, or any other unfair method is strictly prohibited.

All casino games use a certified RNG (Random Number Generator). Jayabji has no ability to alter the outcome of any game — every round is determined independently.

Jayabji regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions, which you should read carefully before claiming.

• A minimum first deposit of ৳500 is required to qualify for the welcome bonus.
• Withdrawing a bonus requires meeting a specified wagering requirement — typically between 5× and 20×.
• The same member may not claim the same promotion more than once.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated after the wagering requirement is met are eligible for withdrawal.
• Jayabji reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.
• Any confirmed case of bonus abuse will result in account suspension and forfeiture of the bonus.

Jayabji uses industry-leading security measures to protect members' personal information and financial data. Our Privacy Policy is published separately and is considered an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.

• All data transfers are secured with 256-bit TLS 1.3 encryption.
• Members' personal data is never sold or shared with third parties.
• Information may be disclosed for legal reasons or at the request of a regulatory authority.
• Members are encouraged to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their account.

If you believe your account security has been compromised, contact Jayabji support immediately and change your password.

Jayabji firmly believes that gaming should be a form of entertainment — not a source of income, and never a cause of harm. Our responsible gaming policy is built entirely around this principle.

• Anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited from opening an account or gaming on Jayabji.
• Members may set a deposit limit, which takes effect immediately once configured.
• If a gaming break or self-exclusion is requested, Jayabji will action it immediately.
• If signs of problem gambling are identified, Jayabji support will direct the member toward professional assistance.

Jayabji reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account under the following circumstances.

• Operating multiple accounts or sharing an account with another person.
• Registering with false information or committing fraud during the KYC process.
• Bonus abuse or collusion (coordinating with other members to gain an unfair advantage).
• Match-fixing or the use of unethical software in betting.
• Money laundering or any suspicious financial activity.
• Inappropriate behaviour towards other members or Jayabji staff.

Members may close their account at any time. Any remaining balance will be refunded subject to KYC verification.

Jayabji reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Registered members will be notified in advance via email or an in-platform notification.

Continued use of the platform after any changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the revised terms, please stop using the platform and contact support.
