Responsible Gaming
Jayabji offers several tools to help you manage your gaming activity — all completely free and available to activate directly from your account settings.Deposit limit: Set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. For example, a daily limit of ৳500 means you cannot deposit ৳501 on that day. Lowering your limit takes effect immediately, but increasing it requires a 7-day waiting period.
Betting Limits: Set a maximum stake limit per bet.
Session Timer: Set a limit on how many hours you play. The app will notify you when your time is up.
Gaming Break: Take a temporary break from 1 day up to 6 months. During this period, you won't be able to log in and will not receive any marketing messages.
Self-Exclusion: Use this option if you want to keep your account fully closed for an extended period.

Bonus
Claiming Jayabji's welcome bonus is simple — no code to enter, no claim button to hunt for. Just make your first deposit after registering and the bonus is added to your account automatically.Bonus amount: 100% of your first deposit — up to ৳10,000. So if you deposit ৳5,000, you get an extra ৳5,000 as a bonus, giving you ৳10,000 to start with.
Minimum deposit: A deposit of ৳500 activates the bonus.
Wagering Requirements: To withdraw bonus funds, you need to wager 10x the bonus amount. For example — if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, placing a total of ৳10,000 in bets makes it eligible for withdrawal.
Validity: The wagering requirement must be completed within 30 days of receiving the bonus.

Live Sports
You don't need a separate app or website to follow live scores and real-time stats on Jayabji — everything is built right into the platform.Where to find it: After logging in, go to "Sports Events" from the menu, or go directly to Sports Events page. Click the "Live" tab there to see all matches currently in progress.
What You Can See: For cricket: runs, wickets, overs, run rate, and current batter/bowler stats. For football: scores, goalscorers, yellow/red cards, and ball possession. For tennis: set and game scores.
How Fast Updates Are: Scores update every 30 seconds to 1 minute. Live betting odds change even faster — in some markets, they update every few seconds.
Live Streaming: Video live streaming is available for selected matches — you'll need some balance in your account to access it. A camera icon next to an event in the match list indicates that streaming is available.
Account Security
With two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled, knowing your password alone is not enough to access your account — every login requires a separate OTP sent to your mobile.Steps to enable:
1. Log in to Jayabji
2. Click the profile icon in the top right corner
3. Go to "Settings" → "Security"
4. Click "Enable" next to the "Two-Factor Authentication" option
5. A 6-digit OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number
6. Confirm with the OTP — 2FA will be activated instantly
What happens next: Every time you log in from a new device or browser, you'll need to enter both your password and an OTP sent to your mobile. On trusted devices, selecting "Remember for 30 days" means you won't need to enter an OTP every time.
If you change your mobile number: Let support know in advance — otherwise your OTP will be sent to the old number, which may cause login issues.
Tip: Keeping 2FA active brings the risk of account hacking down to nearly zero. Jayabji strongly recommends that all members take advantage of this feature.
Account Policy
Jayabji's policy allows only one account per person. However, different members of the same household or family may each hold a separate account, provided each account is registered under a different individual's name and verified with a unique NID and mobile number.What's not allowed: Two accounts under the same NID, two accounts on the same mobile number, or one person holding accounts under two different names — all of these are strictly prohibited.
Why This Policy Exists: This rule is in place to prevent abuse of the bonus system and to ensure a fair gaming experience for every member.
What happens if you're caught: If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all accounts may be closed and any accumulated bonuses may be forfeited.
If You're Suspicious: Reach out to support@jayabji.best yourself first. Being upfront gives you a much better chance of resolving the issue.
Password
Forgetting your password is very common — and it's easy to fix on Jayabji.Standard method (mobile OTP):
1. Click the "Forgot Password?" link on the login page
2. Enter your registered mobile number or email
3. Your OTP will arrive within 60 seconds
4. Set a new password using your OTP
5. Make sure your new password is at least 8 characters long
If You Don't Receive an OTP: First, make sure the number is correct. If SMS is blocked on your phone, remove the block. Wait one minute, then click "Resend".
If your mobile number has changed: In this case, email support@jayabji.best with the subject line "Password Reset — Number Change". The support team will verify your identity through KYC and update your number — issues are typically resolved within 24 hours.
Warning: Jayabji will never ask for your password over the phone or by email. Any such request is a scam.
Language Settings
Jayabji is available in both Bangla and English. Switching languages is quick and easy.Changing the language on the website:
1. Look for the language selector icon at the top of the page or in the footer (usually a globe icon or "EN / BN" label)
2. Select "Bangla" or "BN"
3. Changes take effect without refreshing the page
On the mobile app:
1. Tap the "Profile" icon in the bottom tab bar
2. Select "Settings" → "Language & Region"
3. Select "Bangla (Bangladesh)"
4. The app will restart automatically and display in Bengali
Set as default: Set your preferred language in account settings and the platform will open in that language every time you log in.
Tip: When accessed from Bangladesh, Jayabji automatically displays in Bangla by default. If you're using a VPN, a different language may appear — in that case, switch it manually.
